We test at the pole base and at the panel rather than swapping heads, because replacing a fixture that was never the fault is the most common wasted spend we see.

Quality high-bay LEDs are rated 50,000 to 100,000 hours, which is roughly 11 to 22 years at 12 hours a day. Real-world life depends more on ambient heat and driver quality than on the LED chips. In hot warehouse ceilings and unconditioned shops we spec higher temperature-rated drivers so you are not back on a lift in year four.
